Overview of this massive upset

Last night, boxing fans witnessed a jaw-dropping showdown as Daniel Dubois faced off against Anthony Joshua at Wembley Stadium. The event was packed with excitement, drawing in a massive crowd of 96,000 fans eager to see who would come out on top.

From the get go Daniel Dubois was lashing out like his life depends on it, well is sort of does.

Joshua on the other hand looked like me trying to get out of bed on a Monday morning, 3 rounds later Daniel Dubois had Joshua walking like he was wearing high heels, snapping left and right hooks uppercuts while Conor Mcgregor standing in Awe watching his friend endure that punishment.

2 rounds later, and before the commentators got to finish praising Anthony Joshua for his great comebacks from all the knockdowns, Anthony was already on the matt moonwalking, on his face that is.

The referee’s Bias for Joshua was FLAGRANT

The world of boxing is rigged and that’s just a fact, but this referee took it to a whole new level, even worse than the Tyson Fury Knockdown clowny count.

Daniel showed heart and fire dropping Anthony Joshua every couple of exchanges, 3 knockdowns in, that fight should have ended already, and he did actually wave the finish hands gesture, then he went back to Joshua allowing the fight to continue.

In my humble opinion that ref was not allowed any early rounds finishes due to the amounts of bettings probably.

As much as that ref wanted the fight to go the extra mile, Joshua just couldn’t handle the atomic bombs Daniel was landing and finally caved in leaving the ref with no choice but to count and end the bout.

Dubois the underdog upsetting the Bettings

From the very start, Dubois came out strong. He used his powerful jab to catch Joshua off guard, landing a stunning right hand that sent shockwaves through the arena. In the first round, Dubois knocked Joshua down, leaving everyone in disbelief. It was clear that Dubois was not there to play, he was on a mission.

As the fight continued, Joshua struggled to regain his footing. Dubois kept the pressure on him, landing punch after punch. The crowd was on the edge of their seats, wondering how much more Joshua could take.

The Knockout

In an intense fifth round, Dubois unleashed a powerful combination that left Joshua unable to defend himself. With Joshua backed against the ropes and clearly hurt, the referee stepped in to stop the fight, declaring Dubois the winner by knockout. It was a shocking turn of events that no one saw coming.

The Confrontation at the TV Studio

During a prefight interview, tensions boiled over between the two fighters. Dubois, maintaining his composure, directly addressed Joshua, saying “Let’s get started.” His promoter, Frank Warren, tried to ease the situation, reminding them the fight was still days away. But Dubois pressed on, challenging Joshua, “If he wants to throw punches, let’s do it now.” Joshua, known for his polished public persona, responded sharply, “Shut up. Chill out.” Dubois remained unflinching in his provocative manner, saying “If you’re eager to go now, let’s do it.” Joshua then stood up and approached Dubois, uncharacteristically showing aggression. He warned Dubois, “I’ll smash this chair across your face. Don’t disrespect me.” Dubois fired back, “You can’t scare me. Who do you think you are?” As security intervened, Joshua addressed Dubois with gravity, “Dan, I don’t tolerate disrespect. Don’t be telling me we can go now, trying to challenge me.” This intense confrontation hinted at the pressure Joshua felt facing a dangerous opponent like Dubois.

Joshua’s Perspective

Despite the confrontation, Joshua expressed unexpected confidence in Dubois’ ability to handle the big occasion at Wembley. He acknowledged Dubois’ experience fighting in big venues like Tottenham Stadium and Poland. Joshua stated, “Once that first bell rings, you’re in the fight, and nothing else matters.” This perspective showed Joshua’s understanding of boxing’s challenges and his belief in Dubois’ mental toughness. The prefight talks revealed the high stakes and personal pride at play. Both fighters were determined to emerge victorious in this all-British heavyweight showdown. The stage was set for a thrilling battle in the ring.

What’s Next?

With this surprising outcome, boxing fans are left wondering: What’s next for both fighters? Will Daniel Dubois continue to rise in the ranks after this monumental win? And what does Anthony Joshua need to do to bounce back from this defeat? This fight will surely be talked about for a long time. What do you think about last night’s match? Let us know your thoughts!
